Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with Track & Trace details.
Delivery Time
After shipping, it takes an average of 10-14 business days for your order to arrive. We always choose the fastest available shipping method with Track & Trace, but please allow for slightly longer delivery times for orders placed around holidays or during busy periods.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on orders over €35. For orders under €35, a fixed shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code.
