30-day return policy
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Starting a return
Contact us via our contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the package.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can resolve it for you free of charge.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards are excluded from return and refund.
